Tornstaden Group’s Commitment to Integrity and Fairness
The Tornstaden Group is committed to combating bribery, corruption, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct within our organization. Our workplaces should be free from crime, and everyone should work under fair and respectful conditions.
A key part of this effort is ensuring that anyone who interacts with Tornstaden in their professional capacity can report misconduct and securely.
Reporting Misconduct
Employees of Tornstaden are encouraged to report primarly to their immediate supervisor or the HR department. If this is not possible for any reason, or for external parties, Tornstaden provides a whistleblower function managed by an independent party.
Examples of Reportable Issues
- Financial crimes such as bribery, corruption, theft, fraud, and forgery
- Environmental crimes or serious safety deficiencies in the workplace
- Discrimination, bullying, and harassment
What Happens After You Submit a Report?
Once a report is submitted, you will receive confirmation of receipt. WB Integritet will then review information to determine wether it qualifies as a whistleblower case. If so, the HR Director will be informed and will decide on appropiate handling of the case. If the report concerns the HR Director, it will instead be forwarded to the CEO.
